Wrong item

I ordered a small zipup hoodie and I recieved a regular hoodie instead. While I knew the hoodie would be oversized I didn't expect that it would be huge especially because I ordered a small.

Not quite what I expected, not very weighted at all just a tiny amount and was very very soft at first but as soon as it's been washed(ice cold wash to save it as much as I could) it's no where near as soft, the hood is extra size and is big enough to wear headphones under which is nice, sleeves are rather long and go down to my fingers which is good being a bigger person(6ft1 and a half and 100 ish kg) so another plus but for the price it's just a bit of a let down but still a nice hoodie and it took around a week to het here which I didn't realize would be the case.
