Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Store Credit Only: All returns are processed for store credit only. Only the amount of the item(s) will be given, the original shipping fees are not refundable.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of excessive wear, stains, or damage. Tags and packaging must be intact.
Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label on their own (We are in Canada). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos and packaging details for review.
Wrong Address: If you put in the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours to get it changed. If it has been shipped, we are not responsible for the address you put in wrong.
Final Sale Items: Sale items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Exchanges: If you wish to change the colour or size of your product, you will need to return the original item at your own expense. Once we receive it in its original condition, we will ship out the new item.
